The Breakfast was really good. There was a lot of variety. The 24 hour coffee and juice area was a major bonus. I really loved the space in the room. I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms could use a little updating but it is not that bad. The hotel/rooms/laundry area were clean and inviting. The front desk staff are always helpful and polite. Major bonus is the outdoor pool. The water is great and very clean unlike the stuffy over chlorinated indoor small pools most hotels have. This gives off a true vacation feel. They even provided pool toys and a barbecue/ outdoor dining area. When we step inside this hotel we feel very comfortable and enjoy our stay every time.

Room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good, pool was very nice — not big but very clean., good towels, etc. Breakfast was better than expected - not wonderful but very good for the level of accommodation. We were there 2 nights and the breakfast was different each day. Both were very adequate with hot food, meat, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Coffee was unusually good and not served at frustrating machines with a million choices— just coffee as it should be! Overall, I had expectations of adequacy and they were significantly exceeded.

I liked the fact that I could shut the door to my bedroom and I could have guests be out in the living room area. I loved the kitchen and that there were dishes to use, dishwasher, they had the supplies for the dish washer and for doing dishes by hand. It was nicely set up. I liked that I wasn't charged a pet fee for each and every night I stayed there. There was a $50 deposit. I also liked the fact that there were no carpets inside the room. I liked the floors.

Very nice and quiet hotel at a decent rate. This was a good option as a one night stay over after visiting Cooperstown and on our way back to Buffalo for a Niagara Falls visit. Nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom set up, so our boys could have their own room and bathroom. There was even a good-sized and well equipped kitchen.

Very friendly staff, was able to cook whatever we wanted, each room has full stove with oven!! Definitely will stay again! Thank you Joleen, Marisa, Erica, Chelsey & Toby for grade A customer service!

The hotel was set in a quiet area. There was plenty of grass at the hotel itself, and along the surrounding roads to give our dog some on leash exercise. Poop bags were provided. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The suite was spacious enough to set up a large travel crate for the dog. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful

I booked short notice, came in explained to Zeke certain personal things, and the rest took off. The room was very accommodating. I slept great I was able to accomplish what I needed done and the family was comfortable in the process. Check out was even more pleasant I met two females( one in training ) who I promised to write the review as there were so many terrible reviews I told them.

The location is great for visiting Syracuse University, the price is excellent for the value, it’s awesome that it’s a pet friendly place, and the rooms are big and roomy. The staff is LOVELY. Great for staying with friends!

The room, or rather, the suite, was bigger than I had expected. It had 2 queen size beds, one sofa, one bathroom and one kitchen, with vaulted ceiling over it. The kitchen had all the basics, it would be good for families looking to self-cater. The breakfast was adequate, drinks, some cooked stuff, bagels, etc. The hotel looked a bit dated, but it was clean.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and prompt in getting things I needed. The hotel was clean and I always saw someone cleaning or vacuuming throughout the day. Breakfast was always wonderful, with a variety of options each day. My room was spacious and had everything i needed to make a nice meal without having to spend money on fast food. Showers were hot and excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable and clean! Enjoyed staying here for an extended period 🙂
